General Provisions
The privacy policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by customers in connection with their use of the services offered by the company. The company has developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent disclosure of data to unauthorized persons. The procedures introduced are in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (general data protection regulation).

Processing of personal data
The scope of the processed data depends on the user's activity on the website.

Purposes of personal data processing
The processing of personal data takes place in order to properly provide services.

Personal data storage period
The customer's personal data will be stored until the completion of the contract of carriage and after its completion for a period corresponding to having an account in the sales system, for the period of after-sales service, until the expiry of the period of limitation of potential claims related to the purchase of a product or service, for the period necessary to fulfill the legal obligation of the administrator ( resulting from tax or accounting regulations).
The customer's personal data in the scope of sending commercial information or other marketing content via e-mail will be stored until the customer refuses or withdraws his consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending commercial information or other marketing content, or until a decision is made to make the personal data outdated.
Rights related to the protection of personal data
The customer may request access to the content of his personal data, including obtaining a copy of personal data held by the administrator. The customer may request the immediate rectification of inaccurate personal data. Taking into account the purposes of processing, the data subject has the right to request completion of incomplete personal data, including by submitting an additional statement.
The customer may request the deletion of personal data if the personal data are not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or for which they were processed, he withdrew his consent to the processing of personal data, objected to the use of personal data for the purpose of sending commercial information or other marketing content from using e-mail, personal data is processed contrary to the law.
The customer may request the restriction of personal data processing if he questions the correctness of personal data (for a period not longer than 7 days), personal data is processed contrary to the law, personal data is not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or under which they were processed but are needed by the user in order to establish, pursue or defend claims, has objected to the use of personal data for the purpose of sending commercial information or other marketing content using e-mail.
The company deletes personal data if it requires compliance with the obligations described in the law of the European Union and the countries in which the services are provided. The customer may submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection against actions or omissions on the part of the carrier in the field of personal data protection.
Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be transferred by the company to other subcontractors and business partners providing transport services and custom-made products, only to the extent necessary to complete the purchase. Personal data may be transferred by the carrier to subcontractors and business partners providing services in the field of archiving, IT, law, marketing, sales or customer service. We do not sell personal data. Personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and is not transferred to international organizations.
IT data processing
Cookie files saved on the end device are not used to identify the client and on their basis the identity of the client is not determined. The customer may deactivate the function of saving cookies and may delete existing cookies. The customer may object to the placement of cookies on the end device by changing the settings of the web browser. The settings can be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies or inform about their placement on the device. Removing or blocking the possibility of creating cookies on the end device may lead to the loss of the ability to use important functions of the website.
Final Provisions
This privacy policy may change. The change in the content of the privacy policy will be announced in advance 7 days before the date of entry into force of the new privacy policy. The current content of the privacy policy has been made available to customers via the anigo.pl website
